Press Release - The NECF

Organization: The Nancy Ellen Crooks Foundation is a charitable organization based in Nairobi, Kenya, that implements projects that help bring happiness to children through opportunities for play and learning.

 

Objectives: Write a content piece of the NECF blog to commemorate the life of Nancy and highlight her work in Kenya as well as the impact of NECF which was created in her memory.

 

Target: The foundation's newsletter readers, some of whom know Nancy very well and others who do not know her story.

 

Content Strategy: I wrote this article highlighting Nancy's qualities by interviewing her friends and family and adding personal elements first-hand accounts of her life.
